Search continues for Barnegat woman missing for days

A missing person alert has been issued for a 23-year old from Barnegat who was last seen February 2 around 7:00 pm on foot near the Barnegat Motel on Route 9.

Police say Tumonnie Johnson was wearing a black North Face winter jacket, unknown color or kind of pants and she had on brown Timberland boots.

They add that Johnson is known to frequent the Trenton/Hamilton, New Jersey area.

Anyone with information on Johnson's whereabouts is asked to call the Barnegat Township Police Department at (609) 698-5000.
