Rt 37 and Rt 166 Construction in Toms River

The intersection at Rt 37 and Rt 166 is just horrible with the construction in Toms River. It's time to take some action. Your voice needs to be heard. It is the most ridiculously, annoying intersection, it feels like nothing is getting done! There is absolutely no where to get around there. I can't even imagine sitting there in rush-hour traffic, it's time to see improvements NOW!

ON BEHALF OF DOWNTOWN TOMS RIVER - CALL TO ACTION:

Business owners, residents, and anyone who passes through this area knows- the RT 37 and RT 166 intersection is a mess. The completion of the road work needs to be a priority. When you look at the jug-handle, you will see that a major corridor to downtown has literally been closed off.

Our town and county officials have been super helpful in staying on top of the state and pushing to complete this project which has taken far too long. They are doing everything they can (passing resolutions, sending letters, making phone calls).

It is time for our voices to be heard on this matter. Call your local representatives. Ask them to expedite this road work. Remind them that you vote.
