Repaving on Burrsville Road in Brick Township next week

Drivers in Brick Township who normally used Burrsville Road can expect to reroute next week while a well-traveled stretch of it undergoes repaving.

Police say the northbound side will be blocked, from Jack Martin Boulevard to Lanes Mill Road, Monday through Thursday, 7 AM until 5 PM, weather permitting.

The southbound side will remain open, and whenever construction is not in progress, both sides of the road will be accessible, police said.

Detours will take drivers to Burnt Tavern Road either along westbound Route 88 to northbound Lanes Mill, or via southbound Jack Martin and eastbound Route 70.
