Remember, Do Not Put Your Chairs Out Early in Toms River for Halloween Parade

Toms River residents can put their chairs out the day of the Annual Halloween Parade, not before.

I remember for years and years I'd see chairs lined up for days for that perfect seat for the Halloween Parade. Last year, Toms River officials changed that and said chairs are only to be set out on the day of the parade. The same rule applies for this year, also.

It was a new rule last year...NO CHAIRS until the day of the parade. On Thursday, October 31st we can expect to see chairs set up to save spots for the big parade coming up Thursday night.
