Red Lobster May Soon Close 3 Additional New Jersey Restaurants Soon
More Red Lobster Closings In New Jersey?
More bad news for Red Lobster fans here in the Garden State. It looks like we may see more closures due to bankruptcy for the popular seafood chain Red Lobster. The company recently filed and with that, they had closed some of their locations. Now we are getting word that there will be more Red Lobsters that may be going out of business soon. Three more Red Lobster restaurants are now in danger of closing soon. These three would be in addition to the recently closed locations around the state.

It is a shame seeing these Red Lobsters closing or in threat of closing, we always enjoyed going to Red Lobster with our kids when they were growing up. I love their cheddar biscuits, they were always tasty and we'd go through a couple of baskets lol. We would usually go to the Mays Landing Red Lobster or the Toms River Red Lobster, these two locations are still open.
Which NJ Red Lobsters May Close Soon?
According to a recent Patch article, The three additional locations that are possibly being closed in 2024 are the following:
- Delran (3003 Route 130 South)
- Mays Landing (4411 Black Horse Pike)
- Paramus (211 Route 17 South)
In addition, the article highlighted what locations are already closed in New Jersey. "Red Lobster already closed dozens of locations last month, including four in New Jersey (Ledgewood, Bridgewater, Lawrenceville and East Brunswick). Just days later, the company filed for Chapter 11 Bankruptcy, announcing that it would be reducing the number of locations and selling off most of its assets to stay financially afloat."
