WOW! Multi-Million Dollar Home Sold On LBI

There are many beautiful towns and neighborhoods at the Jersey Shore, and the property and homes along our beautiful coast are in demand and are expensive. You will not purchase real estate along the shore without spending significant money. I don't think this is a big shock to anyone.

From Sandy Hook (Monmouth County) south to Cape May (Cape May County), the Jersey Shore is prime real estate, and right now we are seeing the buildup of visitors getting ready for the summer season, and we have begun to see the influx of people heading to our beaches. Many of the folks heading to the Shore own homes here, and we often see lots of real estate transactions as we head from spring to summer.

One of, if not the biggest, transactions of this spring took place in Ocean County in the town of Surf City on Long Beach Island. According to New Jersey Digest, "LBI Home Sells for $3.6M in Record Spring Sale."

In addition, the article said, "A prime piece of Long Beach Island real estate just changed hands—this time for a cool $3.6 million. Located at 2001 Ocean Avenue in Surf City, the four-bedroom, three-bathroom home closed on May 5, making it one of the more notable residential sales in the area this spring. Built in 1991, the 2,318-square-foot coastal property sits on a generous 6,499-square-foot lot, offering classic LBI charm paired with modern beach-living amenities."
