Popular Food Chain is Looking To Open its First Restaurant at the Jersey Shore in Brick, NJ
Have you heard of Raising Cane's? It's one of the fastest growing restaurant chains in America and it's really quite a simple business plan. They pledge to make the best "chicken fingers," yup, it's that simple, they are a chicken finger place and that's what they do.

Founder Todd Graves had a vision, and after years of hard work, he has followed through and founded Raising Cane's, a paradise for chicken finger fans. According to their website, "Todd and his Crew have grown Raising Cane’s from a single campus Restaurant to one of the fastest-growing large restaurant brands in the U.S. As Founder, Todd remains actively involved with all aspects of the brand, making Raising Cane’s one of the few founder-led restaurant companies of its size."
There have been rumors that this popular chain is eyeing a chance to open here at the Jersey Shore. According to a recent publication from Brick Shorebeat written by Daniel Nees, that the food chain is looking at a site in Ocean County at the Brick Plaza.
According to the post, the plan is "building within the plaza at 1036 Cedar Bridge Avenue, which previously housed Quaker Steak and Lube as well as Chevy’s Fresh Mex, would be torn down under a plan that will be heard by the township’s zoning board next month. According to a filing with the township,"
Additionally, "Raising Cane’s would construct an approximately 3,333 square foot restaurant with drive-thru lanes, parking areas and associated improvements if the plan passes muster with the board."
Time will tell and if Raising Cane's comes to Brick I'll definitely have to head over and try it out.
