An incarcerated man wanted in connection with an armed car jacking in Point Pleasant Beach and a double homicide in Seattle, is now one of four men charged with the fatal robberies of two Essex County teens earlier this summer. Ali Muhammad Brown, was arrested on July 18th in a make shift tent in West Orange.

Brown, 29 of Seattle; Jeremy Villagran, 19; and West Orange resident Eric Williams, 18 are all charged with the June 25th murder of 19-year-old Brendan Tevlin of Livingston, who just completed his freshman year at the University of Richmond Virginia. According to the Essex County Prosecutor's Office, the same weapon used in the Seattle murders was used to kill Tevlin.

Andre Fields, 31, of Irvington, is one of two suspects charged with the June 29th killing 17-year-old Cheyanne Bond, a recent graduate of Malcolm X Shabazz High School in Newark for her iPhone. The other suspect is at large.

Bail for Fields, Villagran and Williams was set at $1 million dollars and Villagran faces additional charges in another incident. Brown is being held on $5 million bail on murder, robbery, weapons and conspiracy counts as well as charges connected to the Point Pleasant car jacking. He's also awaiting extradition to Washington in the Seattle murders.
