Plumsted Police investigating gas station armed robbery
Plumsted Police continue their search this morning for a man who is accused of committing an armed robbery on Monday night around 9:43 pm at the Valero Gas Station on Route 539.
The suspect held out a black handgun and ran off with $325.00 worth of goods.
Police say the suspect is described as an African American male between 6'0-6'2 with a medium build and was wearing a hooded sweatshirt, a camouflage jacket and blue jeans.
His vehicle is described as a newer model Nissan Rogue, silver in color with unknown tags, and was last seen traveling south on Route 539.
