Southern Ocean County Animal Facility is hosting the parade with lots of prizes to be handed out. Bring your pet dressed up, prizes will be given out for scariest, cutest, funniest, most original, and best in show. Also, FREE door prizes.

Southern Ocean County Animal Shelter is a wonderful place with volunteers that love and care for the pets up for adoption. It's clean and friendly. We recently adopted our dog Henry from this shelter and we couldn't have been happier. We love Henry.
