Parents and Teens This Program is a Do Not Miss in Toms River
As a parent of a 13 year old, this topic scares me the most.
It's one of the biggest issues for parents and teenagers and the Ocean County Library in the Toms River Branch will host "Truth & Consequences: A Real-World Discussion about Teen Substance Use & Underage Drinking" coming up next month according to the patch.com.
The evening will include 3 different "informative" programs:
- "What To Look For" - An actual guide through a mobile staged teen age bedroom to help discover signs of substance abuse.
- The Vaping Trend - Facts about Vaping
- Parent Liability - The Toms River Township Police Department will discuss parental legal liability and the Good Samaritan Law, which would surprise most.
