Ortley Beach Kite Night

We are always wondering what can we do with our kids especially during the coronavirus pandemic, here's something fun for the whole family.

It's FREE and fun for kids. Bring your kite and let it fly. It has been a challenge to parents to find fun family activities that are safe for everyone, but we may have one just for you.

Ortley Beach Kite Night is this Thursday August 20th, 2020, beginning at 5:30 pm. Join the Friends of Ortley Beach for their family kite night. Grab a beach chair or blanket and watch beautiful, large-scale kites on the beach. Kite Night is located at 3rd Avenue Beach in Ortley Beach.

**Please remember to remain 6 feet apart from others. As per the governor's orders, it's also REQUIRED that you wear a mask or face covering in crowded areas where social distancing isn't possible.

We've been to Kite Night in Ortley and it was a beautiful night. We brought our beach chairs and a kite and had a blast. You and your family will have a beautiful, Jersey Shore night. Bury your feet in the sand and sit back and relax.
