Operation BBQ Relief was here in 2018 and 2019 to help residents in need with food distribution, according to the patch.com. From David Keith, from Operation BBQ Relief  - "We are so happy to be helping out our town and our neighbors," said David Keith, area coordinator for New Jersey. "It is amazing to see what a hot meal can do to nourish the soul. We are grateful we are able to do this again and look forward to a great day."

Thank you so much to the patch.com for this story. I think it's so awesome that Operation BBQ Relief will be here so close to Thanksgiving and helping out people in need in our community. Operation BBQ Relief is such a wonderful organization with volunteers helping communities out.

Operation BBQ Relief was coordinated by The HOPE Center. The HOPE Center is a 501(c) 3 non-profit organization initiated by the Clergy Association of Greater Toms River. Our mission is to provide support, resources, referrals, food to clients as they work to overcome a current life crisis.

Distribution of the meals through Operation BBQ Relief and The HOPE Center is Saturday November 14th, 2020 12:00 pm - 2 pm at the Presbyterian Church of Toms River at 1070 Hopper Avenue. Because of Covid-19 the meals will be delivered through a drive-through style. Also, meals will be placed in the back of a truck, through a window, or the backseat of a car.
