It seems that with this latest round of Covid we are seeing less fatal incidents, however, this variant is spreading rather quickly. Could our reduced fatalities be due to vaccines? many will say yes.

Of course, when it comes to Covid vaccinations, it is a personal choice and everyone is entitled to their choice...whether to get one of the vaccines or not.

When talking about the Covid vaccines, I had an opportunity to sit down and talk with Dr. Sandeepa Utpat, MD - Chief of Infectious Disease at RWJ Barnabas Health Monmouth Medical Center Southern Campus in Lakewood. It has been about a year since RWJ Barnabas Health introduced the Covid vaccine to front-line team members here at the Jersey Shore.
