Ocean County Applebee’s Unveil Another $1 Drink For December

If you need a stiff drink after a busy day of shopping in Ocean County, Applebee's has you covered with another month of $1 drink specials.

You might remember back in October when the chain offered $1 margaritas all month (unless you took too much advantage of that special, in which case maybe you don't remember).

They're back at it again as they celebrate, well, Long Island, I guess, with $1 Long Island iced teas for the whole month of December.

According to People Magazine, a company spokesman made the announcement, saying:

”The Dollar drink is back at Applebee’s just in time for the holidays, and this time, folks can enjoy a $1 Long Island Iced Tea. The Dollar L.I.T. is kind to your pocket book and a great drink to share with old friends and new ones this holiday season.”

I don't know, personally I think more of the middle of the summer bar crowd when I think of Long Island iced tea. but I guess $1 eggnog wouldn't sit too well with a stomach full of loaded potato skins and burgers.

Applebee's has 5 Ocean County locations; in Brick, Toms River, Manchester, Manahawkin, and Forked River, and the $1 deal starts tomorrow, December 1st.
