Incident Sparks Discussion About Classroom Discipline
First, let's just assume there probably isn't any situation in which a teacher should take a student and put them in their seat at their desk and then proceed to tape their head to the desk? Right?

According to NJ.com, "A Pompton Lakes teacher accused of taping a 9-year-old’s head to a desk for nearly an hour has agreed to give up his New Jersey teaching license, according to state officials."
There are approximately 332 students, grades K-5, at Lennox Elementary School in Pompton Lakes in Passaic County, where 58-year-old teacher Todd Lewis taught.
News of Lewis surrendering his teaching license is "according to documents filed by the New Jersey State Board of Examiners, the state board that oversees teacher licenses."
