Well, the big storm has come and gone through New Jersey. It left behind nearly a foot of snow in some spots and lots of ice. Some areas saw an inch of ice on top of several inches of snow in some places.

We asked you at home to share your pics from the late January 2026 snowstorm that left a lot of snowy photos behind. We thank all of you at home for sending in your snow picsand shared them with us. We weren't able to post all the pics that came in to us, but we randomly grabbed a bunch of your photos to make a "mega photo gallery" to share with you.

What made this a tough storm for us to deal with was that there was a lot of ice and that made for extremely slippery roads and a very tough time cleaning up becasue it was such a heavy s=now with the combination of snow and ice we received.

How Much Snow Did New Jersey Get in the Late January Storm?

According to reports, this weekends snow storm dumped a lot of snow across New Jersey, with the heaviest amounts in the north and northwest where many towns saw well over a foot, and a few spots pushing toward a foot and a half; central Jersey generally ended up around a foot, while South Jersey and coastal areas picked up less but still saw several inches, making it a messy, widespread snowstorm for almost the entire state.
