New Store Opening in Toms River That Will Help The Community

Great things are happening in Toms River to help out the community.

Just Believe Inc. Boutique is having their Grand Opening in a couple of weeks.

Just Believe Inc was created to continue Paul Hulse’s vision regarding assisting the less fortunate and disenfranchised in Ocean County, New Jersey.

Paul Hulse first started Beat the Street Inc. in Florida and brought it to New Jersey. He continues to feed and shelter the homeless. He partnered with Toms River community Church to help the homeless in Toms River and surrounding areas. He later established successful warming centers at Alive Again Church and First Assembly of God church as a shelter during the daytime. At the warming center at-risk individuals were also provided food and access to phones, computers and service providers.

He created Code Blue Warming Centers in Ocean County, we often announce these dates and times for Warming Centers for someone that might need it on a cold night in Ocean County. He then formed, Just Believe Inc. 

Paul along with his staff and volunteers spearheaded and will remain a primary resource for Ocean County’s Code Blue Emergency Shelter Initiative (Code Blue). All of these fantastic organizations have helped so many people in New Jersey and Ocean County.
