We all woke up to a ton of snow on Monday, and for many still digging out on Tuesday.

As we all were reading about, take it easy digging out and if you can’t, don’t. It’s a great opportunity for men and women who can to make some extra money doing it for you.

Once you get out of the driveway things are trying to get back to normal on the area roadways.

The temporary travel ban on New Jersey roadways has been lifted.  According to the New Jersey State Police, the ban was lifted around 1 pm on Monday.

Even if you are heading out Tuesday, officials are reminding motorists to take it easy and watch for icy conditions in spots Tuesday as temps go below freezing overnight and some slushy areas refreeze.

Officials remind drivers that many local roads around neighborhoods in New Jersey are still digging out and still snow covered. Drive carefully and watch your speed, in other words, SLOW DOWN.
