New Jersey Home Wins ABC’s Great American Light Fight
If you love looking at Christmas lights then you probably have seen the holiday hit "The Great American Light Fight" on ABC It is a simple competition in the sense it's a battle of some of the best Christmas lights in America. The hard part is creating the extravagant displays.
The show has been around for several years and has highlighted some of the best holiday light decorations in the nation.
According to NJ.com, "Michael McCarty and Lyle Williams call the Christmas extravaganza currently enveloping their Pitman home "Frostland". They finally announced they are the winners of the "Great American Light Fight 2024".
"The married couple squared off against Christmas enthusiasts from Florida, Texas and Illinois in an episode of the ABC reality competition that showcases elaborate displays of lights and holiday decor."
According to NJ.com, "The display, located at 23 Euclid Ave. in Pitman, is made up of various ornate scenes populated by vintage animatronic characters, which are McCarty’s specialty. Visitors flock to his creations for their quality craftsmanship — a mix between New York’s Christmas window displays at Fifth Avenue and Herald Square and Disney World attractions like It’s a Small World."
