Two New Jersey Dogs Up for National Hero Honors, Cast Your Vote for These Local Favorites
New Jersey has two very special reasons to be proud this year, and they both have four paws and wagging tails.
Two local dogs from Barnegat are in the running for national recognition as part of the American Humane Society’s 15th Annual Hero Dog Awards, a celebration that honors the incredible ways dogs touch our lives.
Every year, the awards shine a spotlight on remarkable canines who serve, heal, and inspire. Dr. Robin Ganzert, President and CEO of American Humane, called the nominees shining reminders of “courage, resilience, and unconditional love,” encouraging people everywhere to vote and support their favorites.
