  • What’s Next for New Jersey’s 11th Congressional District

According to Patch, "Sherrill will need to resign from her seat to take her new job as governor on Jan. 20. An election – including a primary – will take place to choose a replacement to fill her unexpired term. This will leave the state’s 11th district temporarily without a representative in Congress. An election date hasn’t been set."
