Neptune Police Department Seeking Assistance With Missing Teen; Has Ties To Toms River

According to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children, 6 children have gone missing in 2021. This is far too many. Detective Carrie Bartlett from the Neptune Township Police Department is on the case for this one.
Police share that they're searching for a 15-year-old, Kaadeen Grant. They have been missing since this past weekend. Her family reported the disappearance. While police are not sure about her whereabouts or destination, they do report that he has ties to both Toms River, New Jersey, and New York City. Let's help them find Kaadeen.
