Today (Wednesday, February 9th) is National Bagel and Lox Day. First for those who do not know what lox are...lox is salmon. Some love lox of their bagels and others do not! regardless today we celebrate bagels in Ocean County.

For me, I love a simple bagel with cream cheese. I kinda wanna have lox now because we are talking about them. I usually like a more plain bagel. Occasionally I love the "french toast" bagel. My "local" bagel shop is Bagels & Beyond on Radio Road in Little Egg Harbor. They also have a good "everything" bagel.
