McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst Introduces Its Military Spouse Of The Year
Many members of the military would enthusiastically tell you how important their spouses are to them and what they do for a living. So important that they deserve to be formally recognized.
That's exactly what Armed Forces Insurance started doing in 2008 when they kicked off their Military Spouse of the Year program.
This week, Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst announced their base winner, Monika Jefferson.
Monika is the wife of Air Force Captain Roy A. Jefferson, and a busy entrepreneur.
She founded a virtual PR agency and, as she puts it, is an "accidental app creator", with 3 apps in her portfolio.
This week, the Joint Base announced that Monika was named their Military Spouse of the Year:
