Stafford Township Police said that they received a report from the school district who said that a man had been standing in his doorway, which was in plain view of the road, and engaged in a number of lewd and inappropriate acts while the bus was stopped in front of his home as children were boarding the school bus.
This took place on October 20.
Police showed up the next morning, around 7:25 am, to Spar Road and saw 66-year old Anthony Buonavolonta again standing in his doorway engaging in this lewd behavior.
Detectives then placed Buonavolonta under arrest.
He was brought to Stafford Police headquarters and charged for the behavior that occurred on four separate incidents between October 13 and October 21.
Police said that Buonavolonta was later released on his own recognizance pending a future court appearance in Ocean County Superior Court.
