“Lovefood” Found New Jersey’s Most Perfect Pasta Place

Today is National Pasta Day (10/17/23) so I decided to add some extra bonus content to feature the very best plate of pasta here in the Garden State. Lovefood did a recent publication that featured the best past in America. "Who doesn't love a big bowl of perfectly prepared pasta? Whether it's a creamy carbonara or spaghetti in silky red sauce, or inventive creations and new takes on the classics, there are times when nothing else will do. We've found the best places around the US for a comforting, flavor-packed bowl of pasta."

I would say my favorite pasta is rigatoni. Rigatoni with my wife April's red sauce and fresh grated parmesan cheese with a slice of fresh baked Italian bread. Simple dish, maybe throw in a nice salad on the side and it's perfect. That would be my perfect plate of pasta.

I remember growing up and sometimes I'd have rigatoni with butter, lemon, and parmesan cheese. Another simple pasta dish but very delicious. Do you have a favorite pasta recipe that you enjoy that's simple and oh-so-good?
