Lakewood man allegedly exposed himself to shoppers in Madison Avenue parking lot
A Lakewood man apparently in need of some clothes is arrested after allegedly exposing himself to people in the Rainbow Stores parking lot on Madison Avenue Tuesday night around 9:45 pm.
Lakewood Police say that upon arrival to the scene, they learned that the suspect had left the area in a vehicle prior to them getting there.
Witnesses described the suspect to them as a younger Hispanic male and provided them with a license plate for the suspect vehicle.
Officer Kevin Martin of Lakewood’s Detective Bureau arrested and charged Gerardo Santiago-Velazquez, 31, of Lakewood with Lewdness (2C:14-4a) on Thursday in connection with the October 2nd incident.
Santiago-Velazquez was then released on a summons pending a future court hearing.
