Karaoke, fun, prizes, and the chance to help wounded veterans. The Caring with Karaoke event, sponsored by the Greater Monmouth Chamber of Commerce Young Professionals Group, will help benefit the Brennan Stands Alone Foundation.

The Brennan Stands Alone Foundation , named after a Howell Lieutenant Brian Brennan who was injured in Afghanistan and returned home a double amputee. The foundation was created to ease the burden of routine stress for those injured in the line of duty in order that they may focus on treatment and rehabilitation.

The event will take place Wednesday February 8th from 7 to 10 pm at the Park 33 Restaurant (formerly Park Ave Bistro) in Freehold. Tickets are 20 dollars.

Caring with Karaoke Chair Diana Moore says for the entry fee, participants will get a lot.

"They would get a full dinner, there are contests karaoke, hula hoop contests, drink specials. Tons of raffle prizes, large flat screen TV’s, Ipads, all different types of baskets."
