Jersey Shore Covid-19 Positive Cases Summary

As the Covid-19 Coronavirus Pandemic continues our Townsquare Media Jersey Shore News Team will continue to post a report of all the cases coming out of Monmouth and Ocean County to help give an idea of where we've been and where we are currently sitting at the Jersey Shore.

There have been 23,133 positive cases in Ocean County since the Covid-19 Pandemic began and as of Friday afternoon December 4, as reported by the Ocean County Health Department since cases began being reported in March of 2020.

Here is how the daily cases break down for Ocean County over the past week:

• Saturday November 28: 258 new cases reported bringing total to 21,325.
• Sunday November 29: 393 new cases reported bringing total to 21,718.
• Monday November 30: 168 new cases reported bringing total to 21,886.
• Tuesday December 1: 308 new cases reported bringing total to 22,194.
• Wednesday December 2: 245 new cases reported bringing total to 22,439.
• Thursday December 3: 289 new cases reported bringing total to 22,728.
• Friday November 4: 405 new cases reported bringing total to 23,133.

In Monmouth County there have been 22,421 positive cases since the Covid-19 Pandemic began and as of Friday afternoon December 4, as reported by Monmouth County Freeholder Director Tom Arnone and Freeholder Deputy Director Sue Kiley and since cases began being reported in March of 2020.

Here is how the daily cases break down for Monmouth County over the past week:

• Saturday November 28: 115 new cases reported bringing total to 20,717.
• Sunday November 29: 289 new cases reported bringing total to 21,006.
• Monday November 30: 168 new cases reported bringing total to 21,174.
• Tuesday December 1: 308 new cases reported bringing total to 21,482.
• Wednesday December 2: 245 new cases reported bringing total to 21,727.
• Thursday December 3: 289 new cases reported bringing total to 22,016.
• Friday December 4: 405 new cases reported bringing total to 22,421.
