A Jackson Township woman is in a heap of trouble and is being charged with causing a false public alarm after claiming someone in another car was pointing a gun at her Wednesday afternoon around 4 pm in Lakewood.

Police say 19-year old Gianna Bozza followed the alleged suspect and gave them the location of Lois Lane.

When they got there, the occupants were ordered out at gunpoint but police found no weapon inside.

Bozza who allegedly filed the false police report is officially charged with Causing a False Public Alarm.

Larry A. Crippen, 19, Jackson Township was also arrested on an outstanding warrant and ultimately posted bail at Headquarters.

The investigation was conducted by Officer Nadine Clarke and Sgt Robert Humeny.
