Jackson Police are asking for information on the whereabouts of a township resident wanted for a stabbing that occurred on Saturday at a residence on Begonia Court in the Sixty Acres Condominium Complex.

The victim told police at Ocean Medical Center in Brick around 1:00 am that Timothy Brown, 53, had stabbed him in the arm with a knife during a disturbance at the home.

As officers were investigating at the home, they learned that the suspect had fled the residence after the incident and was unable to be located during the investigation.

Detective Reiff prepared complaint warrants charging Brown with aggravated assault, unlawful possession of a weapon and possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose and he is currently wanted person in New Jersey.

Police say that Brown also had a previous address on Justin Way in Manalapan.
