How many times do you run into Wawa each week? Or daily?

If you're like many, there's the morning stop for coffee and a Sizzli, followed by the lunchtime visit for a hoagie and a bag of chips, and then maybe you swing by on your way home from work to get gas.

And while most of us take Wawa for granted, we should never feel that way about the thousands of people who keep our favorite convenience store chain functioning around the clock.

Anyone who works with the public knows it isn't easy, especially at a convenience store that sees thousands of customers each day. That's thousands of hoagies and Shortis, cups of coffee, transactions, and interactions every single day.

With that said, there are quite a few things that you and I, as customers, do that really, really annoy those working at Wawa.

For many of us, we would never even think about walking behind the counter to look for something when we could just politely ask for it. I'd never go behind the coffee counter to wash my hands. Nor would I ever give a cashier a hard time. Unfortunately, it happens all the time.

Someone on Reddit recently posed the question: I'm curious to know what everyone's biggest customer pet peeve is. The responses that followed were certainly eye-opening.

Some of these are things most people would never even consider doing. But a few of them? There's a very good chance you've done at least one without realizing how much it annoys the employees. Some of the biggest complaints involve coffee, cigarettes, and the self-order kiosks.

Here are some of the most common complaints employees shared.
