Symptoms of foodborne botulism are trouble swallowing or speaking, dry mouth, weakness in the face, blurred vision, drooping eyelids, trouble breathing, vomiting, and not being able to move.

The batch in question was sold in New York and New Jersey between April 1st, and June 20th, and had sell-by dates between June 3rd and September 3rd.
