It’ll Be A Noisy Weekend In Ocean County From The Joint Base

It's always appreciated when Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst gives us the heads up about noise that can be heard for miles thanks to training at the mega-base.

They're making it even easier to keep track now, putting out a handy calendar of what the noise conditions will look like (well, sound like) for the month of January.

In their official Facebook post, it's looking like this weekend will be the noisiest that we can expect in January:

If you've lived in Ocean and even Burlington Counties for a while, you know that the noise from training at the base can carry pretty far, especially when the area is experiencing cloudy conditions.
