It's a debate that has been raging on for generations - where does Central Jersey end and South Jersey begin?

I came across this article earlier today, which looks like it draws the line right across Burlington and Atlantic Counties.

There are probably a lot of Southern Ocean County people who would firmly consider themselves South Jerseyans, while residents of Northern Ocean County communities may claim Central Jersey as their homes.

I grew up in Middlesex County, which I don't think anyone would argue is the heart of Central Jersey. But here in Toms River, I can honestly see the debate going either way.

I would consider Monmouth County part of Central Jersey, and I would definitely consider Atlantic County to be South Jersey. So does Ocean County get cut in half, or do you think it belongs to one or the other?

Do you consider yourself a South Jerseyan or a Central Jerseyan? Tell us in the comments!
