Is It Time For a Trader Joe's Location in Southern Ocean County?

If you look at a map you will see Trader Joe's locations in Marlton, Freehold Township, Shrewsbury, and Brick....but once you get below Brick Township there are NO Trader Joe's from Brick to Cape May!

So in this article, I am focusing on Sothern Ocean County, we have no Trader Joe's and basically, Brick Township is the closest location and that can be a 90 minute round trip just to go to a Trader Joe's.

When I'm thinking Southern Ocean County I am including Little Egg Harbor, Tuckerton, Eagleswood Township, Stafford Township, Long Beach Island, Barnegat, Waretown, and possibly Lacey Township. All of these towns have a ride to get to Trader Joe's in Brick Township. There has to be enough population in the towns I mentioned above, in Southern Ocean County, to tempt the folks at Trader Joe's to wanna head south. One single store in let's say Manahawkin, serving all these communities....makes sense to me.

Trader Joe's has a unique product base and you don't always see this in the area. By the way, I think folks in Lacey Township would say it's quicker to go Manahawkin than to go to Route 70 in Brick Township....agree?

April and I love Trader Joe's and we usually will go to the Brick Township location, but a Southern Ocean County location would be great!
