How To Celebrate National Doughnut Day In Ocean County
As we pass one eagerly anticipated annual ritual with the passing of Memorial Day, another is coming up tomorrow - National Doughnut Day! And there are plenty of opportunities to celebrate right here in Ocean County!

This Ocean County institution is releasing a decadent new recipe for National Doughnut Day. Rick from OB-CO's told me that the "Cronella" will be making its debut tomorrow, a special recipe croissant with Nutella and powdered sugar. And you know how it is at OB-CO's, get there early!
Uncle Dood's Donuts:
Downtown Toms River's favorite boutique donut shop is marking the occasion with a special recipe, the "Dirty Dood". They're calling it, "...an untraditional take on a Sloppy Joe Slider. It's our spice cake donut split and filled with Sloppy Joe meat."
Shore Good Donuts:
If you're in the LBI area, be sure to stop by this Ship Bottom dessert outlet to enjoy a baker's dozen! Tomorrow you'll score an extra treat when you buy a dozen!
Dunkin' Donuts:
"Dunks" is celebrating June 3rd with a free donut with the purchase of any beverage. But you have to get them while supplies last!
Krispy Kreme:
While we don't have any standalone Krispy Kreme stores in Ocean County, if you're traveling tomorrow and you'll be near one, be sure to stop by and grab a free doughnut of your choice!
