Meet Garcia, a 5-month-old puppy who has never had proper care, food, and shelter, and was rescued by amazing shelter staff who took this poor dog from a literal living hell.

According to a Patch article, "Garcia, a 5-month-old puppy, was found as a stray in horrific condition and has been taken in by Outcast Rescue, a rescue group based in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Garcia was transferred to Crown Veterinary Specialists in Lebanon on Wednesday, where he is receiving around-the-clock intensive care."

Garcia needs extreme care, and any donation would be so gratefully accepted to help this little guy recover from a horrible start to life and hopefully will have a fantastic future with a caring and loving family. First, he must survive the medical problems he is currently dealing with.
