UPDATE 9:02 AM - The young girl that went missing early Sunday morning has been found safe, police announced.


 

A young girl has gone missing in Freehold Borough, officials said on social media early Sunday morning. 

Sherlyn Vasquez, 12, was reported missing at midnight on Sunday, February 23rd, and was last seen wearing a grey Champion sweatshirt, ripped black jeans, and black/white checkered sneakers. 

Vasquez is believed to still be in the Freehold Brorugh area, but officials did not say where she was last seen. 

Vasquez is 5'02, weighs 85-100 pounds, and wears braces.
