Habel Hired Lawyer Just Days Before Search Of Home

While we still don't know why the home of the former Wall Township School Superintendent was raided by the authorities late last week, an attorney for James Habel says he's cooperating with the investigation. 

Reports say Robert Honecker was hired days before the Monmouth County Prosecutor's Office stormed the house, leaving with documents.  Habel has not been arrested or charged.

Honecker is a former first assistant prosecutor and acting prosecutor for Monmouth County who now is a criminal defense lawyer according to the Asbury Park Press.
