Groundbreaking For Tunnel To Towers Veterans Village In Berkeley Township
Groundbreaking for the Tunnel To Towers Veterans Village
I had the opportunity to drive by the groundbreaking of the new Tunnel To Towers Veteran Village along Route 9 in Berkeley Township, Ocean County. This is a fantastic way to give back to our veterans who gave of themselves to protect our nation. Taking care of our own is a mission that Tunnel To Towers has taken on to help America's Vets.

In 2022, the Tunnel To Towers Organization pledged to help America's Veterans and provide them with quality housing. A national campaign to eradicate homelessness in the veteran community. A project I fully support and one that is long overdue. You can feel a renewed sense of pride in America, and this is another great example of the work Tunnel To Towers is involved in.
Berkeley Township Mayor John Bacchione and the Township Council invited residents to the Tunnel to Towers Foundation Ground Breaking for the Veterans Village in Bayville, New Jersey Tuesday to celebrate the beginning of this project.
According to Patch, "When completed in 2026, the Bayville Veterans Village will feature 98 single-occupancy apartments and 24 stand-alone comfort homes exclusively for America's veterans, according to the Tunnel to Towers Foundation."
Well done! Hopefully, we will see more "Veteran Villages" pop up around the state and nation to help our Veterans. It's a great cause, and Tunnel To Towers is a fantastic organization.
