I think when it comes to the Italian deli I first want delicious mozzarella and provolone cheese. You can't beat a true Italian deli's cheese. While there let's get some good parmesan cheese for the kitchen too. "Yes Virginia" there is a difference in cheese's lol

Next, I'd have to say the "cold cuts" for those real Italian hoagies...with fresh meats and cheeses.

After the sandwiches, let's look at meatballs, lasagna, and ziti. Wow, I may need to grab lunch and finish this article later lol. Truly makes me hungry.
