A GoFundMe page has been set up to help with funeral expenses for a Berkeley Township man who passed away on Sunday after a single car accident.

Berkeley Police said 59-year old Tracy Pierce struck a utility pole and came to rest on the front lawn of a home on Westbrook Drive.

The force of the crash forced Pierce from the vehicle.

He was brought to the hospital after life saving measures were performed but he passed away after arriving at Community Medical Center.

The investigation into the accident is ongoing and being run by Traffic Safety Officer Patrick Coletti.
