Frozen Pants are Hot

These are a hit in Minnesota...could they be a hit here in NJ.  I'm thinking..NOT!  But it's fun!

Frozen pants have become very popular statues for Minneapolis.

Can you imagine if these were in Downtown Toms River or in Seaside or how about along Rt. 9 in Beachwood?
