Thomas Pyne, 34, and Krystal Sherman, 30, of Toms River, were arrested along with Frank Evans, 34, of Lakehurst and Danielle Vicente, 22, of Brick Township during a warrant search of a house in the township's Pine Lake Park section.

Police say phoned complaints and suspicions about possible heroin dealings led to a probe that entailed four weeks and culminated with a warrant to search the house on the 1400 block of Eleventh Avenue. Investigators seized heroin, Xanax, hypodermic needles and items associated with drug use, police said.

Each faces four related possession counts. Pyne, Sherman and Evans were remanded to the Ocean County Jail in Toms River. Evans was released on a summons to await court proceedings.

Pyne was also the subject of a warrant for non-payment of child support, police said. His bail was set at $20,000. Bail for Sherman and Vicente was set at $7,500 each.

Still in question is who is the registered home owner, and whether the individual will face related charges. Inquiries to police were not immediately answered.

Officers from Manchester PD's Narcotics Enforcement Team, Investigations Bureau, Lakewood Police, Ocean County Sheriff's agents and the Ocean County Regional SWAT team had roles in the investigation.
