Former Blueclaws Battle The Phillies Tomorrow

As Spring Training draws to a close and baseball season inches closer, the Philadelphia Phillies will wrap up their pre-season schedule against "The Future Phillies", which will feature a number of players who've passed through Lakewood.

Tomorrow at 1:05pm, the Phillies will welcome an all-star team of their best prospects to Citizens Bank Park. On the roster are some of their most highly regarded farmhands, including over a dozen players who've called The Lakewood Blueclaws home.

Included on the prospective roster are the following former Blueclaws:

• Pitchers Miguel Nunez and Ricardo Pinto.
• Catcher Andrew Knapp.
• Infielders Malquin Canelo, J.P. Crawford, Rhys Hoskins, Scott Kingery, Angelo
  Mora, Brock Stassi, and Mitch Walding.
• Outfielders Aaron Brown, Dylan Cozens, Andrew Pullin, Roman Quinn, and Carlos Tocci.

And, don't forget, the Lakewood Blueclaws kick off their 2016 campaign this coming Thursday, April 7th, on the road against the Lexington Legends, which you can listen to on our sister station, Newstalk Radio WOBM-AM 1160/1310!
