Floor & Decor Expected to Replace Route 37 Kmart

After almost a year of waiting, we finally know what is expected to replace the old Kmart on Rt. 37 in Toms River!

Back in January, we took one final look at Kmart before it closed.

Now, the Asbury Park Press is reporting that Floor & Decor has signed a lease for the property of the old Kmart store. This is so exciting because Toms River would be the store's first Jersey Shore location! So far, we know that the store is planning to open in early 2020.
