Point Pleasant Police have charged employees at five different businesses with allegedly selling electronic cigarette nicotine cartridges and smoking devices to individuals under the legal smoking age, including students.

Investigators combed through security footage last week for various business in Point Pleasant.

They also sent in an undercover officer to investigate further and that's when the petty disorderly persons offense was handed out to employees at Anytime Vape, E-Cig Outpost, Point Pleasant Exxon, Country Farms and Sunoco Gas Station all of which are located on Route 88.
