When you're planning your lunch run on February 8th, you'll have to make other plans if you usually go to one of the Chipotle restaurants in Ocean County. They won't be open for business on that day.

The Mexican fast-casual company is calling an all hands on deck meeting to address the food safety concerns that started to crop up with a rash of food-borne illness outbreaks linked back to their restaurants last year.

So on Monday, February 8th, the company will hold a massive meeting, involving around 19,000 restaurants, to address the concerns.

From there, company officials say that they will kick off a fresh marketing blitz to reassure and lure back customers.
